Deactivation hides your profile and pauses activity without deleting your data. You can reactivate anytime by signing back in.
How to Deactivate (in the app)

Open Settings
Open the app and go to the Settings tab.

Privacy & Security
Tap Account → Privacy & Security.

Deactivate Account
Tap Deactivate Account and review the information.

Confirm
Confirm deactivation. You can reactivate anytime by signing back in.
What changes when deactivated
Profile visibility
- Your profile is hidden and won’t show as active
- You won’t receive new requests or notifications
Existing activity
- In‑progress items remain accessible when you return
- You won’t lose saved information or preferences
Reviewers
- Your reviewer profile is hidden and stops receiving new requests
- Wallet and past transactions remain intact
Deactivation does not delete your data. To permanently remove your account and data, see Delete Your Account.
