RMH reviews come from two places. Anyone with the app can review it on the App Store, and customers rate their reviewer inside the app once the review arrives. Profile reviews they describe are written by vetted people on the reviewer marketplace, from $20.

Are RMH reviews real?

Yes. Each one is copied from the App Store or from the rating a customer left in the RMH app after their review arrived. RMH doesn't write or edit them, and you can check the App Store ones on the RMH app's App Store page.
Why are there no names on the reviews?

In-app ratings are anonymous, so customers' names are never published. App Store reviews show a nickname on Apple's site, and this page leaves those off too so both kinds are treated the same way.
Is this every review RMH has received?
