A committee reads your application first. Then members like you one photo or prompt at a time.
Before the committee reads it, or after a few quiet batches, a Lox Club profile review on RMH has a vetted reviewer go through your photos and prompts and tell you what to change. Lox Club doesn’t allow screenshots, so you send your photos and paste your prompts instead. Written and video reviews take two to three business days, and prices run from $20 to $150.

“Beiyi did a great job reviewing my profile and gave me a very honest response I wanted to hear from a reviewer. From her review, I can tell what a girl like her would like to see in her profile, and I was able to tell how my sense of humor did not translate through my profile.”

After making the suggested changes to my profile, I could immediately see a huge improvement. It really helped me present myself better and made me feel much more confident. If you’re looking to optimize your profile, I highly recommend giving this a try!”

“Angela gave me a detailed and thoughtful review of my profile. It felt like she actually took the time to go through everything instead of rushing through it or giving generic advice. She explained what she liked, what she thought I should change, and gave specific suggestions for my photos, prompts, and overall profile. I’ve already made several changes based on her feedback and feel like the review was definitely helpful.”
Lox Club calls itself “a private community for Jew-ish people with ridiculously high standards.” Every application is hand-reviewed (App Store (opens in a new tab)), the membership committee says it takes “a holistic approach” to each applicant (Lox Club help (opens in a new tab)), and Lox Club says to expect an answer within one to two weeks (FAQ (opens in a new tab)).
Once you’re in, a new batch of profiles arrives every few hours (Lox Club help (opens in a new tab)), and a like lands on one specific photo or prompt, which then shows up in the chat (Lox Club help (opens in a new tab)). Whatever they liked is what you’ll talk about first.
The short version
Treat the application as the committee’s first look at you.
Make every photo and prompt worth liking on its own.
Give each prompt a detail worth replying to.
Send a Note about something specific in their profile.
What to fix on Lox Club
RMH’s 2026 report doesn’t break out Lox Club, so these come from how the app works and from what Lox Club says about itself.
1
The committee gets a draft
An application with empty slots or placeholder prompts gives the committee very little to go on.
Try this
Fill every slot, then show the profile to a friend for a minute and ask what they remember. Whatever they can’t remember, the committee won’t either.
2
Some photos have nothing to like
Likes land on one photo or one prompt. A blurry group shot or a sunset with no one in it is a slot nobody will pick.
Try this
For each photo, ask what someone would say if they liked that one. If you can’t think of anything, swap it for a photo that gives them a line.
3
The prompts are clever and nothing else
A punchline gets a smile and then a silence. With likes tied to single prompts, each answer has to be something a person can reply to.
Try this
Keep the joke if you like it, then add one real detail after it. The detail is what the reply will be about.
4
Your Notes are generic
A Note is the message you can send with a Like (Lox Club help (opens in a new tab)). Lox Club’s advice for a quiet match is to “start with a personalized message to grab their attention, like something that’s unique to their profile” (Lox Club help (opens in a new tab)), and the same goes for a Note. “Hey, how’s your week?” isn’t that, and neither is asking if they know your cousin from camp.
Try this
Quote the line you liked and ask the obvious follow-up.
What a Lox Club review on RMH looks like
Lox Club’s community guidelines don’t allow screenshots or screen recordings in the app (guidelines (opens in a new tab)), so add your profile photos from your camera roll and paste your prompts and answers into the notes when you submit. Then pick a format, and the reviewer goes through each photo and prompt.
You choose the reviewer. Each profile on the reviewer marketplace shows their price, their specialty and what past customers wrote. Written and video reviews come back in two to three business days, and live calls are booked with the reviewer.
Written review
$20–$50
Video review
$49–$100
Live 1-on-1 call
$70–$150
Also on RMH
Mock Chat is 24 hours of texting practice with a reviewer. Mock Date is a live 30-minute practice date on video.
Lox Club Profile Review: questions people ask first
What is a Lox Club profile review?
+
Feedback on your Lox Club profile or application from someone other than you. On RMH a vetted reviewer goes through your photos and prompts and tells you what reads well and what to change.
How do I send my Lox Club profile if screenshots aren't allowed?
+
Lox Club's guidelines don't allow screenshots in the app, so add your profile photos from your camera roll and paste your prompts and answers into the notes when you submit in the RMH app.
How much does a Lox Club profile review cost?
+
Each reviewer sets their own price. Written reviews run about $20 to $50, video reviews $49 to $100 and live calls $70 to $150. You see the exact price on the reviewer's profile before you pay.
Can RMH get me into Lox Club?
+
No. Lox Club's membership committee reviews every application, and RMH has no part in that. A reviewer can help you finish a profile that gives the committee more to go on.
Do I need to be Jewish to use Lox Club?
+
Lox Club describes itself as culturally Jewish and says that, like a deli, you don't need to be Jewish to enjoy it. RMH reviews the profile either way.
Can I get my Hinge or Raya profile reviewed too?
+
Yes. RMH also reviews Hinge, Raya, Bumble, Tinder and other dating app profiles. Send screenshots of whichever profile you want reviewed.
Make each slot worth a like
Find out which photo or prompt nobody will pick, before the committee or your next batch sees it.
