You pick a service, a pro near you confirms a date or your reviewer guides a self-shoot, and you pay RMH once, tips included. Your reviewer picks what goes on your profile. A Guided Self-Shoot is $149 in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston and Miami, less elsewhere, and works anywhere. Larger shoots, styling and packages are priced by city, and you see the price before you pay.

Start with what your reviewer actually said
When a reviewer thinks you need help beyond the profile, a card appears under your review, for example “Your reviewer recommends investing in professional photos”, with their notes. Those notes are the most useful thing you have. They say what is missing in your own photos, which no general advice can. Paste them into the request form and the pro reads them before you meet.
Not every recommendation needs a booking. Clothes come up in three of every four video reviews, and sometimes two outfits that fit solve it. A haircut on its own is between you and a good hair stylist, and the Full Makeover Day includes one. Personal training is a project for the next few months, so use the profile you have in the meantime. The services above are for the rest.
Do it in the right order
Get the review. Find out whether the fix is photos, prompts or something else.
Sort the clothes. Everything after this depends on them. The Virtual Style Plan does it from anywhere.
Get the haircut. A week or two before the shoot.
Shoot to the shot list. With a vetted photographer or with a friend.
Reviewer's pick. Included with every service we book. Shot it yourself? Book a second review at your reviewer's normal price and they will pick the set and the order.
Request a service
Tell us your city, what you want help with and roughly what you would like to spend. If a reviewer made the recommendation, tell us who, and paste their notes if you like. A person at RMH replies within two business days with the right service for your city and its price. Nothing is charged until you confirm.

Every service ends with your reviewer's pick, so start with a review if you have not had one. It is also the cheapest way to find out which fix matters. In about half the profiles we looked at closely, a better first photo was already in the profile, further down.
